The engraving on the top of both body joints reads “Buffet Crampon & Cie A Paris”. The engraving on the bell reads “Buffet Crampon & Cie A Paris Made in France”. The serial number on this oboe is “3412”. The grain on this oboe is beautiful and worth noting as well. There is little to no player wear on the keys. There are no cracks or repairs to the wood or tenons of this oboe. It has just come back from the shop where it was adjusted so it plays great.
